RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item / type / shadow / etc), you can send it back to us.
The return must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Damaged items must be returned with the original box and receipt.
Items purchased during promotional activities (such as anniversaries, MyCyber Sale or X’MAS) do not meet the return and replacement conditions.
Please notify CS before sending back the item, otherwise the request will not be processed.
The retransmission project will be arranged at random.
Please provide the return package tracking number, if not at your own risk.
What will I take back after returning the item?
You can choose to make a pro rata refund for a Apricus.my account or a bank account (within 1 to 7 business days) (if the order has already applied the promotional code)
How about postal charges?
The customer must bear the postage of the goods during the return process.
